TAMPA, Fla. — Tampa Bay residents can get a furry friend of their own for no cost during SPCA Tampa Bay’s Clear the Shelters adoption event from Aug. 25 to Aug. 27.
All adoption fees will be waived and the animals will be vaccinated, spayed/neutered and microchipped. Dogs, cats, pocket pets and even some livestock animals such as pigs will be offered to good homes.
Adoption hours are on Friday, Aug. 25 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 26 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, Aug. 27 from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
