Officials: 9-month-old Florida panther struck and killed by vehicle
ESTERO, Fla. (AP) — An endangered Florida panther has died after being struck by a vehicle.
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission says it’s the 16th panther death attributed to fatal collisions, out of 19 total deaths this year.

Disney bringing back park hopping starting Jan. 1
LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. (WESH) – Walt Disney World guests will soon be able to visit two theme parks in one day for the first time since the coronavirus pandemic shut down parks in mid-March.
Disney announced Friday that starting on Jan. 1, 2021, guests who purchased a ticket or annual pass with Park Hopper benefits will be able to visit more than one park per day, with some new modifications.

Sen. Rick Scott says he tested positive for coronavirus
TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – Sen. Rick Scott announced Friday that he tested positive for the coronavirus following a routine rapid test.
Scott was forced to quarantine Saturday after returning to Florida on Friday evening and coming into contact with someone who was infected with the virus.
